Former Ford director, Michael Dingham, has been collecting, restoring, and preserving classic Fords and neon signs for many years. Now, he will be sharing his amazing collection with the public.

Almost 50 Ford automobiles, many of which are from the flathead era, and more than 1,000 signs will be crossing the block at an auction in New Hampshire on the 8th and 9th of June, 2012. The auction will be presented by leading classic car auction company, RM Auctions.

One of the most prized automobiles that will be offered at the auction is a rare custom 1936 Ford Cabriolet. This car won its class in the 2011 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, and it is expected to fetch between $225,000 and $275,000. Another notable car is a 1947 Ford Super Deluxe Sportsman Convertible, which is estimated to sell for between $240,000 and $280,000. The oldest car that will be going under the hammer is a 1934 Ford Deluxe Phaeton. Cars from other marquees will also be put up for sale, including an Aston Martin Vantage Volante, two Porsches, an AC Autokraft Cobra, and a Prevost Conversion Motor Home.
