Description:Welcome to Street Dreams as we celebrate our 28th year in the classic and muscle car business. The third generation of Chevrolet\'s C/K series of trucks (1973-1991) was produced for a remarkable 18 model years; long enough to capture the hearts of an entire generation of enthusiasts. These trucks continued the practice of offering additional comfort and convenience options previously available only on passenger cars. Ironically nicknamed square bodies by enthusiasts, these pickups were actually called the Rounded Line by GM because they were the first generation to make use of computers and wind tunnels to reduce aerodynamic drag. This cool 1980 Chevrolet C10 Stepside is a fine example of a mildly customized C10. Mild, however, is not the word to describe the engine. Lift the functional steel cowl hood and you\'ll see the potent 454 V8 that\'s been fortified with a Holley carburetor, an aluminum intake manifold, long tube headers, and MSD ignition. Frosting? Check out the vintage Mickey Thompson valve covers. The owner reports that the engine was built to LS6 specs and, WOW!, it sure feels like it. Additional features include power steering, power front disc brakes, air conditioning, 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission with Art Carr Performance Package, custom interior with high back leather bucket seats and console, tilt steering, Haartz Cloth fabric tonneau cover, a Pioneer audio system with Pandora, and big tires (285/50R20) wrapped around Motto alloy wheels. This crimson cruiser is certain to bring a smile to your face when you give it the beans. If this potent pickup is your kind of cool, call the team that can make your dream a reality. Preferred stock in tire and oil companies not included. Street Dreams (830-997-1950) is a full service dealership that can assist with worldwide delivery, insurance, and financing options.
