This really cool 1971 Chevy K20 is a long-bed
4×4 that’s had a full frame off restoration
with a repaint in metallic grey and interior
reupholstery as well as installation of a
suspension lift and 36″ tires. Custom parts
throughout like an Edelbrock intake and
carburetor, power-assisted front disc brakes,
an aluminum fuel cell, and more. If you want
a truck that’s done to a really nice standard
with all the right equipment this is the one!
Power is from a built 350ci V8 fitted with an
Edelbrock carburetor and intake manifold and
it runs down the highway like a dream because
it’s paired to a 700R4 automatic transmission
with that 4th gear making all the difference
and a two-speed transfer case. This resto-mod
has had a recent a safety inspection and
fluid service has been performed, it’s
completely sorted out and ready for fun!
The polished aluminum 16″ Dick Cepek wheels
wear 315/75 Mud Claw mud-terrain tires and
are mounted over manually-locking hubs up
front. The suspension has been raised
approximately 6 inches and features power-
assisted front disc brakes. The truck
features an aftermarket dual exhaust system
that has the perfectly tuned sound for
cruising and performance, as well as a custom
aluminum fuel cell, with the filler neck
relocated to the center of the bed and period
correct bully steps so it’s easy to get up in
The interior has been reupholstered in black
vinyl with matching carpets and features a
crank windows, a Pioneer CD player with USB,
and a foot-operated high beam switch.
A two-spoke steering wheel is mounted to a
tilting column and frames working
instrumentation including oil pressure and
charging gauges as well as a five-digit
odometer displaying 73k miles.
