Description:
1969 Pontiac GTO, has a 400 CI V8 Engine and a Muncie M-21 4-Speed Manual Transmission. Finished in Warwick Blue (Paint Code 53) with pearl white interior. This car has been meticulously restored with many factory options added. A little on the restoration, I researched every aspect of this restoration, which included recreating inspection marks, factory tags, stencils and labels. I spent years reading books, documents and traveling to the GTO Nationals to look at the finest GTO’s around and walking with the 1969 judges as they judged these cars.
I’ve taken this car to two GTOAA National events competing in Popular vote as well as Concur Class. In popular vote I took first place and in Concur Class I took silver, missing gold by seven points. Beyond the Nationals I was invited to the Cigar City Concur show (Tampa) where I took first place and this car has also been featured in the High-Performance Pontiac magazine. This GTO is one of the finest representations around.
This car is not numbers matching, but has the correct coded “WT” block engine, correct 48 code heads, with the correct 4-speed carburetor and correct M-21 Muncie transmission and correct 1969 Hurst shifter. I also have PHS documentation.
