A complete frame off restoration was completed with impeccable attention to every detail. The builder loved this car for 23 years. The build started with a 66,900 original mile car. The frame was stripped to bare steel and smoothed before taken to powdercoat for a coat of satin black. The body was stripped to bare metal, placed on a rotisserie, and countless hours were spent making every body line and every panel better than new. Multiple variations on drivetrain over the years has led to the power plant it has today. This Chevelle has the looks and the power to back it up. It has won numerous awards over the years. Under the hood sits a new GM Performance 572ci V8 Crate Engine matched up to a Hughes 4L80E electronic automatic overdrive transmission and FAB9 Rear End with Strange Trac Lock 9 Differential & Strange Axles. Stopping Power is provided by 4-Wheel Wilwood Disc Brakes. Power Steering, Power Brakes and A/C add to the comforts of driving this Chevelle SS. The paint is show quality and all the chrome and glass are like new. All the gauges and lights work perfectly, and the vintage A/C is ice cold.
