The clean front trunk has been fitted with a new fuel tank and an orderly and cleanly installed wiring system. The 2386cc engine on this Beetle is very substantially modified with a magnesium case set up for the stroker, upgraded D.M.S. 86mm crankshaft, Scat H beam rods, a T4 turbo capable of 20 plus pounds of boost working into upgraded C.B. Performance wedge port cylinder heads, dual Dellorto 48 mm carburetors jetted by competition engineering and much, much more. Power is transferred through a 4-speed manual transmission with a lightened flywheel, Chromoly gland nut and Kennedy pressure plate.
