This is a ground-up restoration of an extremely popular car, the first generation Nova. This excellent example is a ‘66 SS with a 300 horsepower 327 and automatic transmission. The engine is built for dependability and performance with its 4-barrel carb mounted on an Edelbrock intake. With the 327, automatic, and a 12-bolt Posi with 4.10 gears, you get plenty of what back in the day was referred to as “pick-up.” The Optima Red Top battery is a good choice assuring that the mighty mouse fires every time, but it’s also comfortable with long periods of storage. A cool period-correct look is achieved with the turquoise paint and matching interior. It has bucket seats and a neat consolette with a factory floor shifter. Auxiliary gauges augment the clean stock dash. Rocket Racing wheels compliment the perfect nose-down attitude this car has.
