Description:With its great hardtop profile, classic looks, and a true cruiser attitude, this 1964 Ford Fairlane 500 has much to offer at a value price. And you\'re going to love the look of the engine bay.
This coupe looks great with the pillarless hardtop profile, wraparound chrome bumpers, and jet-inspired taillights. It\'s a true vintage feeling, but that\'s also something more... this one has attitude. Matte black paint is pure street machine cool, and we like the way the finish rolls so evenly across the car. So it looks mean but professional. This is nicely contrasting. The full-length red streak trim adds to the Fairlane\'s sporty look. The polished dual exhaust tips and Cragar SS wheels are the right upgrades for this car. It adds a period-correct speedy style in harmony with all the factory brightwork.
The interior looks nice, especially because most metal parts continue the exterior\'s matte black. And it\'s a well-coordinated total style. For example, the seats are in a marble-like gray with white piping. Not only is it attractive, but it also sets the tone for the door panels. And everything from the trunk mat to the working dome light feels correct. But there are also some nice upgrades, including the oil pressure gauge that\'s essential for those who enjoy driving their classics
The engine bay has a terrific show-ready style. The ultra-clean look, blue block, and factory decals make this impressively stock. Still, everything from the newer aluminum radiator to the red Powered by Ford script on the valve covers shows impressive attention to upgraded detail. Another cool upgrade is that this may have an era-correct 289 callout, but that\'s a 302 cubic-inch V8. It inhales deeply with a Holley four-barrel carburetor, and the dual exhaust has a subtle V8 sound that fits perfectly with the Fairlane 500\'s image. This car likes you to feel the road, but you can also see from the undercarriage photos that all the newer components also mean a nice ride. And a three-speed automatic transmission, power brakes, and modern Bridgestone Potenza tires make for a good cruiser.
This is the sharp-looking hardtop coupe with the right classic sports feel. It\'s an irresistible vintage hardtop, especially at this price. Call now!
