FOR SALE: ONE OWNER - RESTORED - ACTUAL MILES - FREE SHIPPING $18,500 USD OBO
Guyton, GA

Description:
1963 Ford F-250 pickup truck, ONE OWNER, ONLY
54,488 ACTUAL MILES! *FREE SHIPPING. All original
with Numbers
Matching drivetrain- 292 Y-Block V/8 and manual
transmission. Always well maintained and cared for.
Always garage kept. The truck is as solid and rust free as
you will ever find. It runs and drives just as it did in 1963!
It's primary use has been hauling hay and feed from the
feed store back to the farm. We used to tow our four
horse trailer with it but the last 20 years or so mostly just
drive it around town locally and in the annual Fall parade
in our town.
Brakes and brake lines were replaced within the past
couple years. I just had it professionally restored and
over $10,000 invested in the restoration.
This wasn't a frame-off type restoration but was more
than cosmetic. The fuel doors for the two auxiliary fuel
tanks were relocated to the bed of the truck. Originally
those fuel doors were in the side of the truck and I didn't
like the look so the access is now in the bed. There was
no rust repair needed anywhere on the truck which is
very unusual for any vehicle of this age. The entire truck
was taken down to bare metal and only minimal filler was
used during the prep work to get all body panels perfectly
flat and straight. The photos just don't really show just
how nice the paint looks on it. It's definitely worthy of
being center stage at any Classic Car show or event. It
was repainted in the original color but added the two-tone
paint scheme and painted the bed with matching color
spray-in Bed liner. It has two 20 gallon auxiliary fuel tanks
as well as the original main tank behind the seat. I
disconnected the two auxiliary tanks fuel lines and
drained them prior to having the paint work done. In
addition to the new paint job I also put all new weather
stripping, new seat, new seat belts, badges,
emblems, mirrors, door handles, window channels and
felt window scrapers. The two inch aluminum belt line
moldings that run the length of the truck was all
refurbished and polished and repainted in the center
inset with dark blue metallic. The entire truck was painted
including the interior, door jambs and engine bay. We
added sound deadening to the cab and underside of the
hood. I removed the underdash A/C unit and plumbing
but it's all intact and can easily be reinstalled. I'll include
photos of how it looked prior to the recent refurbishment
which shows how solid and rust free it actually is. It has
all of the original Sheet Metal and body panels and has
never been in an accident. I've been going to Classic car
shows and events for more than 30 years and I can
guarantee you will not find another Classic 1960's era
pickup truck as nice and original as this one for under
$40,000. This is a true piece of American History. These
old Classic Trucks have never been more desirable and
they make great investments! Especially the ones in this
condition! This truck will continue to gain value the older
it gets. This is an investment that will not only increase in
value but one you can actually enjoy and have fun with
taking it to shows and events. Feel free to call me with
any questions. I have hundreds of photos available as
well. Comes with a clean, clear Georgia Title. I can
deliver anywhere in the Continental U.S. ( lower 48 states
) and will deliver for *free if sold at the listed price,
$18,500. Vehicle shipping will be done by a Nationwide
licensed and insured Auto Transport Co. This truck is
turn-key ready to jump in and start enjoying!
