This is the final year for the C1, and it\'s the sleekest design they made. The wide opening in the front grille, single-color body, and aerodynamic ducktail rear give it a very sporty look. So it seems like the perfect car to have RPO 582: the high-performance fuel-injected motor. It\'s this lineage mixed with timeless style that makes this example so desirable. So a car like this gets top-quality treatment. It was given a well-documented full restoration later in life, and then in 2019, it was restored again to meet the kind of originality standards to get it ready for NCRS judging. After all, not only is the fuelie option rare but the color is, too. Fawn Beige was only offered for two years, and it\'s believed only 1,851 examples were done in 1962.
