Description:
This 1955 Chevrolet 210 is the icon with all the right cruiser-ready upgrades. It takes the chrome-king classic look you love and adds an enhanced V8, four-on-the-floor, and a sleek two-tone style.

The Tri-Fives were known for their two-tone presentations, but this one likes to make sure it distinguishes itself in the first impression. The black and silver is something a bit more daring than what Chevy did at the factory. This two-tone has a good gloss that loves the sunshine, and it makes for a terrific way to show off the body lines. In fact, this is a well-presented total package with great body panel fit, uniform gaps, clean glass, and doors that close with confidence. And of course, we all notice the brightwork. Everything including the jet-inspired hood ornament, form-hugging bumpers, and artful side trim has been maintained to keep this looking like the shining icon you love. Plus, the upgrade to rally wheels and chrome dual exhaust tips are all part of this car\'s touch of added sporty flair.

The dark gray velour interior goes well with the exterior. It\'s almost like they mixed the two colors of the outside to create the one inside. The upholstery, carpeting, door panels, and headliner all have a harmonious gray style. There are nice classic details such as working dome light, the AM radio there for a display, and the bow tie pattern brightwork inserts for the dash. And you\'ll really enjoy the feeling from the driver\'s seat. The classic grippy steering wheel combines with the upgraded Hurst floor shifter to give you the unique feeling of automotive history with some added muscle behind it.

Black engine bays on black cars are always great because it makes the bright small block V8 look like a vibrant beating heart at the center of it all. This even has some nice details, like the polished air grabber and Holley ribbed valve covers. This 283 cubic-inch V8 is important because the Tri-Fives launched the small block era, and this was the largest displacement of the series. This example gives you nice power upgrades like a Holley four-barrel carburetor and long tube headers feeding the dual exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. The consignor states there are also some nice recent investments in the right supporting components, like the starter, MSD ignition, MSD coil, brake booster, brake lines, and upgraded front discs. It all makes for a strong-running package, and you get complete control over it thanks to the rebuilt four-speed manual transmission.

This is a two-tone, first-year Tri-Five built with the driving features you want. So don\'t let this upgraded icon slip away. Call now!
