Up FOR SALE is a beautiful and fun to drive ‘60s styled chopped 3-window coupe hot rod.
This one of a kind ‘34 has tons of modern features with a retro look. With a fenderless and chopped Rats Glass fiberglass body, this hot rod is light weight (only 2800 pounds) and will never rust. The gloss black paint and traditional style red and yellow flames make this car look like it’s going fast when it’s just sitting still. The modern, fully boxed, TCI chassis shows off the professional build-quality throughout, has been powder-coated, and contains all high-end components. Combine this with a large, high compression, 400 cubic inch Chevrolet small block and it has plenty of get-up-and-go.
There is also plenty of show in the unique, fully polished, six two-barrel Stromberg carb style electronic fuel injection system and the extensive use of polished aluminum and chrome. Even big and tall drivers will find the red vinyl tuck and roll interior, featuring custom square weave carpet, electric windows and a hidden I-phone/I-pod stereo, comfortable.
The full list of parts and components is too lengthy to name them all but they read like a who’s-who of the street rod industry. The engine includes Howard roller valve train, World Products heads, Offenhauser intake manifold, Eelco fuel log and linkage, Moon valve covers, F.A.S.T. ecu, distributor and CD box, etc. The chassis includes Super Bell front axle, Durant spring, Currie 9”, Eaton posi 3.91 differential, Aldan Eagle coil-over rear shocks, American Racing Salt Flat rims, Chevrolet Turbohydromatic 350 transmission, Matson radiator, Cooling Components 2-speed fan, Wilwood disc brakes, ABS electric power brakes, Diamondback smooth-wall tires, etc. The interior features Ididit tilt steering column, Posies off-set steering gear, Moon Eyes gauges, Lokar shifter, Glide seat, Lecarra banjo steering wheel, etc.
With approximately 11,000 miles since the build, this coupe is fully mechanically sorted and is ready for a new owner who wants to take it out on the road and enjoy it. This car is currently titled in California as a 1934 Ford.
