Vehicle Description
1968 red 2-door convertible, white power top, black interior, white top boot, 6 cylinder 200 cu in engine, 3-speed automatic transmission, manual steering, manual brakes, no A/C, spare AM/FM cassette radio; 8-track tape player; AM/FM/CD/MP3 player. When I bought this vehicle in 2006
it had just been painted and the vinyl top had just been replaced. Vehicle is garage kept.
I have replaced drive shaft, water pump, tie rod ends, had chassis welded and undercoated,
replaced horns, replaced turn signal switch, installed weatherstripping in trunk and hood,
replaced standard ignition points with electronic type, installed seat belts, installed Concours plated and restored Pony Carburetors new Autolite 1100 large venturi upgrade carburetor, 4 new tires installed and front end alignment in July 2009, plus other smaller items. I have receipts for all work done and most items purchased. I have photos if you are seriously interested. Rebuilt engine with less that 1,000 miles; rebuilt transmission.
