Vehicle Description

For sale by ownerSeller Ernest Brunet, IV 504-270-4119 #####@####.###, car is located in LAI purchased this car in December of 2011. It is a complete frame off restoration. The car has the detail, clean looks, and power to back it all up. To the best of my knowledge it is a true SS car from 1970, and has the correct SS rear trim package which includes the new tail light and back up light arrangement, plus black accented rear panel and SS emblem for that year. Also, has the custom all vinyl interior in black and the center console with the special V8 instrumentation (fuel, battery, oil pressure, and water temp gauges). It is not a numbers matching car, but that does not take away from the time and detail spent on the car. The car has a brand new 400 c.i. small block crate motor from The Engine Shop in Wittmann, Arizona and is built to make 500+ hp and has less than 1,000 miles on it. Has an Edelbrock 750 carb. M-21 4-Speed with Hurst shifter. 10 bolt Auburn Posi and 4.11 gears. Power steering and power brakes. All weather strippings have been replaced and all nuts and bolts have been polished and cleaned. The chassis, trunk, and engine bay are all clean as a whistle and are in top shape. Mechanics are all rebuilt. Has new carpet and seats. Corvette Torch Red paint job is near flawless and cost upwards of $10,000 in paint and labor. Also, has custom color matched dash and red SS embroidered floor mats in front with Nova SS rear embroidered floor mats. All lights, gauges, and instrumentation work. It is a no a/c car but heater does work for those cold winter months. Its previous owner had a radio but must have taken it out. The housing and all wires are present to hook up another one. All glass is perfect and windows are tinted. Cragar 14 inch Keytone wheels with Cooper Cobra tires that have more than 95% tread life left. Correct fender louvers, simulated hood air-intakes, and special hood insulation from \'70 SS trim package. Large radiator with flex fan keep car running cool even when idling in traffic. Has flow master dual exhaust that turn down right before rear axle and sound BAD A$$. Runs great, drives great, and is FAST. More pics upon request. Price is negotiable.

LEARN TO RECOGNIZE GOOD DEALS FROM BAD:
Unfortunately, there are people out there who will use classifieds to get your money. Here are some ways to avoid these scams. Use skepticism and good judgment.
  1. Be wary if the price is notably below market value.
  2. Be prudent with International transactions. A good number of buyer/seller fraud attempts originate from overseas.
  3. Confirm contact information. Legitimate buyers/sellers will provide valid information, including phone.
  4. In almost every case scammers will convey a sense of urgency.
