This beauty also has a Limited edition factory 2004 Cobra hood! No reproduction poorly made fiberglass component here. It is close to impossible to find a factory 2004 Cobra hood for sale anywhere! It took over a year for the owner to find one, especially one in excellent shape, but the mission was accomplished! The 2003-2004 Model year was a special for the Ford Cobra, 390 H.P limited production vehicles. The hoods on those vehicles are highly sought after as they are a crowd favorite and extremely rare. One such factory hood sold earlier this spring at the Mid West Missouri Mustang swap meet for approximately 950.00.
It also has something that is really hard to find on a late model pony, a 100 percent stock engine! That is hard to find today with all of the go fast goodies on the market. All fellow Mustang hobbyist, enthusiast and friends love that about it. It is 100 percent Bone Stock! That is right, not a hypo chip, no race track gears, no under drive pulley, or even a cold air intake. No Check Engine Codes!
It still has plenty of get up and go. Great fuel economy. Extremely reliable! Oil changes have been more than abundant and every scheduled service date has been met before hand, most service records included. The clutch is tight and the manual transmission engages with ease. The clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing were replaced with a High performance Zoom Racing clutch just a couple of months ago! Great torque and excellent performance!
The beautiful slate gray leather interior compliments the exterior wonderfully. The interior is damage free and the seat buns are firm and crisp. There is Light wear on the drivers side. No holes. This one has every available option including the fantastic Mach Audio system. It also has ice cold air conditioning, a factory manual and reference guide.
