This Custom 2002 Harley Davidson Heritage Soft tail has only 8,000 original
miles and less than 50 since completing this custom build back in November.
This is the April, 2011 COVER bike for HOT BIKE MAGAZINE…and so
deserving. The bike retains the stock Harley frame with the exception of
removing and fabbing up some new struts to allow for the new
swingarm/fender/air ride set up which easily accommodates the 23\\\" wheels
both front...and rear! According to Hot Bike editors is bike is one of the
coolest bikes they have seen in years. It took 16 months from concept to
completion to professionally build this one-off bad boy. The rear swingarm
alone would cost a minimum of $10,000 if you were to build one from
scratch. This bike has been lowered in the front 2 inches and raked an
additional 4 degrees. Fenders, tank, and dash were professionally handled by
Russ Wernimont Designs, and the hand-tooled and dyed one off saddle was
completed by the talented hands of Duane Ballard. Paint is a special blend of
Candy Blood Red, Black, White gold leafing, and lime green pinstriping by the
hands of Dennis Rickleffs, the same man responsible for many of the bitchin\\\'
paint jobs put out by such greats as Chip Foose and the late Boyd
Coddington. No expense was spared in creating this Custom Harley. Nearly
every part was hand made, or created by 3D software insuring originality and
perfection in fit and finish.
