The 1989 Mercury Sable Wagon which belonged to "Theodore Frederick Atkinson". The race horse jockey who rode the famous race horses of yesteryear. Mr. Atkinson became the first American jockey to win more than a million dollars in a single season (1946). Atkinson began riding professionally at the age of 21, and his career lasted from 1938-1959.

He rode War Relic to an upset victory over Triple Crown winner Whirlaway in 1941. But his best mount was Tom Fool which he rode to Horse of the Year honours in 1953.

Atkinson was elected to the National Thoroughbred Racing Hall of Fame in 1957. Mr Atkinson has been deceased for about 2 years now, but someone has the chance to own this piece of memorabilia.
