LeMay – America’s Car Museum is home to one of the largest collections of automobiles, trucks, and motorcycles in the world. Opened in June this year, this museum has quickly become a favorite place for automotive enthusiasts to gather and celebrate the illustrious history of the American automobile.

Located in Tacoma, Washington, the four-story LeMay museum houses up to 350 vehicles from the LeMay collection, private owners, and corporations. The LeMay collection broke the Guinness World Record for the largest collection of vehicles in the mid-1990s, when it totaled more than 3,500 vehicles. Some of the interesting cars that are on display in the museum include a 1906 Cadillac Model M, 1916 Pierce-Arrow Brougham, 1927 LaSalle 303 Roadster, 1930 Duesenberg Model J, 1961 Chrysler 300 G, 1963 Studebaker Avanti #1001, 1983 DeLorean DMC 12, and others. There is also a wonderful gift store in the museum that sells a wide range of automobile-related items.

LeMay – America’s Car Museum is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Wednesday to Sunday in the winter and everyday in the summer. Admission fees are $14.00 for adults, $8.00 for youths aged 5 to 12, and $12.00 for seniors.
