RM Auctions will be offering the entire collection of microcars from the Bruce Weiner Museum on the 15th and 16th of February, 2012. This auction will be held at the museum, which is located in Madison, Georgia.

Known as the “world’s largest collection of the world’s smallest cars”, the collection is a representation of Bruce Weiner’s lifelong interest in microcars. Weiner had searched around the world to acquire the finest and rarest microcars, and he had displayed them in his museum for 15 years. Now, he has decided to part with his collection. About 200 microcars and over 300 collectibles will be crossing the block during the two-day auction. The collectibles include microcar models, rare kiddie rides, neon signage, literature, and vending machines from the 1950s.

The auction will be headlined by the only complete collection of Messerschmitts in the world, which includes a 1953 Messerschmitt KR175 prototype, 1961 Messerschmitt KR201 Sport, 1957 Messerschmitt KR 201 Roadster, 1955 Messerschmitt KR 200, and the “Tiger”, the rarest Messerschmitt and probably the faster microcar ever made. There will also be an extensive selection of Isettas, including BMW 600, BMW Isetta 300, Isetta 300 Bubble-Window Cabriolet, Isetta Whattadrag, and Isettacarro Pickup Truck. Other notable microcars include a 1964 Peel P-50, 1955 Kleinschnittger F-125, Voisin Biscooter, Goggomobil Transporter, and the Mivalino.
