2010 Goodguys Blue Suede Cruise

The Goodguys Rod and Custom Association will be holding its highly anticipated Goodguys Blue Suede Cruise from the 28th to the 30th August, 2010. This annual event is in its ninth year, and it continues to be one of the largest gatherings of hot rods and custom cars in Ohio. It will take place at the Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio, and it is expected to draw thousands of auto enthusiasts from various parts of the Midwest and beyond.

There will be more than 2,000 vehicles on display throughout the three-day event, and they include hot rods, customs, classic cars, and race cars that were produced before 1972. Participants of the car show will compete for a number of awards, including the Goodguys Builder’s Choice Awards, Gazette Pick, and the Muscle of the Year Finalist. Other than the car show, attendees of the event will also get to see hot drag racing action. A swap meet, car corral, commercial exhibits, and night parties will also be held throughout the event.

The Goodguys Blue Suede Cruise will commence at 8:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. on the first two days. On the final day, it will start at 8:00 a.m. and close at 3:00 p.m. Tickets for spectators are priced at $20.00 for adults and $6.00 for children aged 7 to 12, and a weekend pass costs $55.00.
