In near mint condition I am offering a T-Top, 5.7 Litre LT1 V8 engine delivering 300 HP, Trans-Am. 3 speed automatic transmission, limited slip differential, 4 Wheel disc brakes, 16X8 Alloy rims. 235X16 tires.
Additionally 4 - 17X10 rims, and 2 275/40R17 tires will be included
In the interior, the dash features a full instrument package with red back lighting. All switches are back lit in red, as well custom red LED festoon lighting has been installed in keeping with good night vision standards. A Delco AM/FM/CD complete with 10 speakers provides driving entertainment.
Painted Black with clear coat, the paint is original. No accidents mar the beauty of its lines. I have wintered it in a heated garage since my purchase in 2004.I am the second owner.
It appears from its condition it has never seen snow. Low mileage of 89600 kilometers(54,000 miles). The engine has not been modified in any way to maintain the integrity of the car for collector purposes. Oil changes have been done in the spring and fall, and if necessary mid-summer. Amsoil 10W30 full synthetic has been used, along with 1L of Lucas Synthetic Oil additive to maintain and protect the engine. Lucas automatic Transmission additive has been added to the transmission to protect it and assure trouble-free, smooth shifts.
Modifications to the electrical system include sequential turn signals both front and rear, with one additional lamp added to the indicators for best effect. The front turn signals have been replaced with clear units, that have been re-lamped with amber bulbs. I was not pleased with the front headlights coming on automatically every time a cloud passed overhead, thus I disabled the auto lights on feature.
All modifications are easily reversible to return the car to completely stock appearance.
The interior is mint, gray corduroy displaying little or no wear. As a car that has not been smoked in, there is no nicotine film on the interior surfaces, and no odor of tobacco. The rug has been protected from wear with full length floor mats.
The Camaro and the Firebird TransAm were the last cars of the supercar era to be produced, this car is available at a fraction of its original price. It is a car that stands out, shouts performance and style that is rare in today\\\'s automobiles.
