1974 CORVETTE STINGRAY
This is an ultra clean 74 Stingray, T-Top model, 350ci V-8 with factory original Muncie 4-Speed Manual Transmission and black leather interior and a Kenwood 280-Watt 6-speaker AM FM Cassette stereo with 10-band equalizer.

This is a rare car, as it does not have AC or power brakes and originally did not have power steering either. It was converted to power assist rack and pinion steering just last year. Only about 2500 cars of this configuration were ever built in 1974.

The original engine was an L82 that was reconfigured to 1972 LT1 specifications and was driven that way daily until 1987, at which point it became a weekend driver/hobby car. In 1995 a new 350ci small block was installed in order to comply with California emissions standards. All original equipment was used to make the car smog legal, including intake/exhaust manifolds, carburetor, air cleaner, smog-pump, etc. THIS CAR CURRENTLY PASSES CALIF. SMOG TESTING!!

Today, the new engine has less than 10,000 miles on it. I kept the original engine block, as well as all other parts from the old setup, including the headers, LT1 high-rise intake manifold, Holly 650-cfm 4-bbl carburetor and chrome LT1 air-cleaner. I had planned on rebuilding the original block at some point and reconfiguring the drive train to the 1972 LT1 specs, but never got around to it. Besides the previously listed items, I have thousands of dollars worth of various spare parts; including the original radio and antenna, door panels, center console, headlights, etc. . .All of this will be included with the purchase of this car.
