This auto suffered Ice Storm Damage.
Currently needs a new windshield and some light body work and paint.
1969 Oldsmobile Toronado is located
in Rogers, Arkansas.
What\'s known for sure about this
classic starts with:
It was the 07248 unit off the assembly
line because the last five digits of the
VIN represent production sequence.
The ST 39687 = style in this case an
Olds Toro Custom Coupe.
The EUC 17703 is the \'body\'
production number from the Euclid
Ohio plant.
The TR 080 is a interior trim code and
again a shows a custom bench seat in
black.
The 85 E PNT are the colors body 85
Chestnut Bronze.
Vinyl top E white and lastly the 10 C in
built date.
The VIN is: 394879M607248
The Transmission Code Plate which
reads 69-0J 8908.
It front Wheel Drive with a powerful V8
power plant producing 375 hp, that
put this car on the muscle car map.
You just have to touch the ignition key
and she roar\'s to life! The interior is in
great shape with all the cloth and vinyl
looking very good. The head lining is
also intact and in good shape.
I had the heads redone and put in
harden valve seats so it will burn
unleaded.
Automatic Transmission, New
Radiator, New Battery and two New
Tires.
Power Steering, Power Brakes,
Electric Windows, 50/50 Seats with
HUGE center fold up armrest and
Power Truck Release.
Hide-away Head Lights that work
perfectly, Cold A/C, Tilt/
Telescopic Steering Wheel and a rear
window defogger.
The entire speedometer rolls while the
needle stays in a locked position,
which is
very cool. Showing 50,000 miles. The
underbody is clean and sports new
duel
exhaust with Glass
Pac mufflers I managed to find a set
before they quite making Glass Pac\'s
which gives it a mean throaty growl.
The car sounds as great as it looks.
The fluids have always
been changed on a regular basis.
With very little monetary expense this
car could be a trophy winner. The car
has had 3 owners The original man
owned it then sold to my uncle who
left to
me after his
passing. He was a car guy\'s - \"car guy\"
who took care of his rides. He owned
four autos. A restored model T, a
restored 56 Caddie this Toronado and
a custom van that he drove most of
the time which leads me to believe
50,000 showing is the original milage.
This was Oldsmobile in all its glory
with bold styling, a powerful engine
and a distinct focus on driver and
passenger comforts with modern day
luxuries that were ahead of their time.
This car is between Low Retail Value
$4,773 and Average Retail Value
10,695 but I believe closer to Average
Retail Value.
With little invested this car could be a
High Retail Valued car of $15,985.
Because of some positive life changes I
have to find a good home for this car
ASAP.
This ride is Priced to sell for- $5,500.
Reasonable offers encouraged!
