This car was built in the Van Nuys GM plant and sold at the Costa
Mesa Cornell Chevy dealer and has spent all of its life in the
OC/LA area. I purchased this car from the original family. The
interior does show wear that is normal for a car this age but I
chose to keep it this way since it is original. The car has not
been in any accidents. This car is a great driver. I get
compliments on it everywhereI take it. That is normally on
weekends rides with the family. The engine is a beast. It has
tons of Torque and HP with the 383 stroker. This engine is
custom and not a crate engine. It has been decked, balanced,
and blueprinted. See link below to read full documentation.
It runs so perfect and sounds great with a lumpy roller cam. I
still have the original 327 with solid lifters on a engine stand.
That engine has nice Quadra-Jet and Camel Hump heads for
nostalgia.
383 Stroker built on a new GM 4 bolt blocked. Not seasoned.
TH-350 Trans newly rebuilt with performance torque converter
Scat nodular crank
Forged pistons
Roller rockers with Roller cam
Aluminum Griffin radiator with dual electric Flex-a-lite fans
Aluminum pullys
Air Gap intake with Holly Street Avenger 770 topped iff with K&N
filter
Full MSD ignition system
World Sportsman II heads ported and flowed. Intake and heads
are matched.
All ARP bolts
Dual H style exhaust with ceramic coated coated Hooker headers
Flowmaster 40\\\\\\\'s
Mini hi-torque starter
New Interstate battery
Posi rear end with 3.55 gears
Hotchkis Tubular upper and Lower A-Arms
Front and Rear sway bar
All new front end
Factory power front disk brakes
Multi-leaf springs
