FOR SALE: Award Winning 1956 Chevy
1956 Chevrolet 210, 2 door post, 4-year frame off Restoration, started 11-1996 finished 10-2000. Car was acid dipped to remove any rust. 2 new rear quarter panels, all new custom trunk floor pan to center gas tank to create a smoother look. Everything new or completely rebuilt from the ground up nothing was left untouched. Electric/Mechanical trunk release hidden rear license plate. Many very shuttle body changes on the out side and under the car. Painted in Brandy Wine Pearl, with 7 different pearls the underside of the car was painted the same as the topside of the car. Lots of chrome, polished aluminum or polished Stainless Steel, in the engine compartment and frame area.
Custom wiring all the wiring running through the car from engine compartment, head lights, tail lights engine fuel injection and Powertrain control module all are hidden from sight.
2000 ZZ4 engine with Polished Turned Port Injection system, Street Rod headers with silver special heat coating, 700R-4 transmission with shift kit, 9” Ford with Auburn Locker 3.89:1 gears 31 Dutchmen axles traction bars.
4 wheel disc brakes, Stainless Steel brake lines also hidden. Braided Stainless Steel brake lines, billet aluminum mounting hardware, master cylinder and booster located under car, to clean the firewall up.
Dutchman Custom front rack and pinion steering, Heidts polished Stainless Steel upper and lower A-arms, polished coil over shocks. Rear suspension is set up on custom leaf springs with QA1 adjustable shocks.
Custom Polished Stainless Steel Exhaust system all mandrel bent pipes NO Welds, 5” Polished Supper Traps, billet hangers.
Custom all Leather interior and trunk area, 1 piece carpet No Seams, Custom Leather head liner. All panels are custom molded fiberglass Door panels, Head liner, Trunk side panels; the deck lid mounting area was made of aluminum for strength. The designs of the interior flows from the front of the car all the way back into the trunk area including the head liner. Vintage Air, Heater/defroster only system was installed on the passenger’s side.
