FOR SALE: 1953 Chevy Truck
This truck has belonged to my Dad since the early
1960s. Originally it had a 1/2 Ton frame, but he
converted it to a 3/4 Ton frame. I believe it has
a 454 engine. The engine is not original, my Dad
installed it. He was very proud of this truck.
The body is in great shape, however the cab floor
is in poor condition. There is a hole in the floor
created from rust. This Truck has been in
Henderson, Texas for over 20 years.
This truck does have some excellent potential for
restoration. My youngest sister considered keeping
it and having her son who is almost 15 restore it.
But neither one of them have any experience in
this field. So after much deliberation, we have
decided to sell it.
