This is a great Rat Rod that you can have lots of fun driving! Named the “Rat Rod Enforcement”, this 1948 Chevrolet has police decals and a siren and red light on the top. Both work!
Exterior is ratty as it should be, but this car does not have a lot of rust issues. The interior appears original. Some of the glass is broken—perfect for a rat rod!
Engine is a 6 cylinder 235 cid with a 3 speed manual transmission, column shift. The rear end and transmission are original.
Rat Rods are increasingly becoming popular in the classic car collector world. There are Rat Rod events and shows. You can drive a Rat Rod and park anywhere without worrying about dings or dents. They are cheap enough so that you can own a fun car to cruise in.
